Digital Transformation
The eMT cluster conducted a survey on the readiness of businesses regarding digital transformation in the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Region.
The indirect communication with the businesses in the Region to highlight questions about Digital Transformation and to communicate (through teasing challenge) the purposes of the eMT cluster, yielded many useful conclusions.
The survey was conducted through the creation and distribution of a structured questionnaire by the eMT cluster staff to the businesses in the Region. All responses were anonymous, without any identifying information of the businesses participating in the survey.
The response and interest of the businesses in digital transformation were significant, which contributed to the utilization of the results by the eMT cluster and confirmed that the businesses in the Region need digital transformation but with the right guidance.
Therefore, the role of the eMT cluster in the Region is of crucial importance for the businesses.
